Your tutor, Rosaleen Needham, is a qualified Satyananda Yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga for 15 years.
The weekend workshops are aimed at beginner level participants keen to learn and develop their experience of Satyananda yoga. This is a gentle style of yoga and it is suitable for people of all ages whether fit or unfit. It works on balancing the mental, physical and emotional body, by using postures, meditation and breathing in order to align these three together.
We are offering an all-in-one package for this weekend, the price is €290 pps. This includes Yoga, Meditation, Accommodation Vegetarian food and Bike hire.
